Been going to Flex Appeal for a while now and honestly it’s the best supplement store experience I’ve had. Chad is incredibly knowledgeable and actually takes the time to help instead of just trying to sell you random products. Whether it’s supplements, workout advice, nutrition questions, or figuring out what actually fits your goals, he knows his stuff. The atmosphere is awesome too — welcoming, no pressure, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. You don’t feel like just another sale walking through the door. Every recommendation I’ve gotten there has been spot on. If you’re serious about fitness, getting healthier, or even just getting started in the gym, Flex Appeal is absolutely the place to go. Chad and the team are top tier.

Chad was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the products I was interested in. He took the time to explain the new products that had recently come in, including the protein ice cream for the summer, which had a great variety of flavors and was excellent. He also recommended convenient high-protein food options that are perfect for busy days when you don’t have time to cook. Overall, it was a great experience, and I really appreciated his friendly attitude and professionalism. Thank you, Chad!
